Before Getting Started

Before you get started, it is important to contact us with your request. Our products are very popular and our shop is growing, but we're definitely not huge and industrial. Each item is hand etched to order with our powerful sandblaster, so if we have 1000+ items to carve in the next couple weeks, the processing time for a large custom order needs to be discussed prior to payment. We put our personal care and touch into each product and this takes more time than it would for large companies to mass produce superficially etched products or bake on stickers :-).

For custom orders, please plan for a minimum of 2 weeks to process your order. That means it will take at least two weeks before your item will ship unless we discuss rush processing options. Many times we are able to ship your order before the two-week mark and we are very aware of each order's assigned "ship by" date.
